By accessing the Site, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CurrentWorks Electric LLC provides residential and commercial electrical services in the Puget Sound area of Washington, including installations, repairs, maintenance, EV charger installations, panel upgrades, smart home systems, generators, and related electrical work.

2. Estimates and Quotes 

All estimates and quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not fixed bids unless specifically stated in writing as a fixed-price contract. Final pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions, code requirements, material cost fluctuations, or additional work requested or required. We will notify you of material changes before proceeding when reasonably possible.

3. Performance of Work and Workmanship 

We perform all work in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards and applicable codes (including the National Electrical Code and Washington State requirements). We carry appropriate licensing and insurance. Any warranty on our labor is provided in writing on the invoice or contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment remain with the manufacturer.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to disclose any known hazards or special conditions.

4. Payment Terms 

Payment is due as stated on the invoice or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work or according to the schedule set forth in the proposal. We accept common payment methods. Late payments may incur reasonable collection costs and interest as permitted by Washington law. We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold final documentation until payment is received.

5. Photography and Marketing Use 

You grant CurrentWorks Electric LLC the right to take photographs and/or video of the completed work (and the work area before and during the project) for our internal records, quality control, training, and marketing purposes. This includes use on our website, social media, print materials, proposals, and other promotional channels. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid including clearly identifiable personal belongings or people without consent. If you prefer that we not use images of your property for marketing, please notify us in writing before work begins.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Program 

CurrentWorks Electric LLC operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers.

Program Description: We may send text messages for appointment reminders and confirmations, service updates and arrival windows, quotes and estimates, invoices and payment reminders, customer support, follow-ups, and occasional promotional or educational messages related to electrical services and home safety.
